Upper Elementary Challenge Math

Teachers and parents who have used Challenge Math and Primary Grade Challenge Math have asked for a book for students whose skill levels fall in between these two popular resources for high-ability learners. Upper Elementary Challenge Math is designed for those students in grades 3–5 who need more challenging material than they typically encournter in most math curriculums. As in other Zaccaro math books, problems are presented at 4 levels of difficulty after each chapter’s instruction. In addition, each chapter includes multiple problem sets in which a single problem type is presented in increasingly complex steps, illustrating how a simpler problem can progress from one step to multistep problem solving.
